Polish Mobile Dam as flood protection system
After the flood in 2010, the Institute of Meteorology and Maritime Economy in Warsaw, in developing and presenting flood fighting strategy, presented flood protection dam manufactured by Protan Elmark, as a mobile ? integrated system of dams, filled with flowing water.
One year later, the Polish Society for Land Improvement listed the above solution in their quarterly newsletter.
